It is preferred that reports are made in person either at the location of the incident, our station lobby, or by speaking with an Officer over the phone.  If there are extenuating circumstances and an in person report cannot be completed, we do accept reports via email. We strive to respond as soon as possible but it could take 1-2 days or longer for a response.

Please note: Online Reporting IS NOT for Emergencies. Please dial 911 or 978-465-3121 to speak with our dispatch center if it is an emergency. If you are unsure, please call and speak with a dispatcher.
