Public Records Requests
Public Records requests can be made in person by filling out our Public Records Request form.
There is a $5.00 fee for copies of police accident reports up to 6 pages and .50 cents for additional pages. Charges for other mailed reports are assessed at $1.00 per page and any person requesting a public records in-hand will pay .50 cents per page. Under the law, our department has ten business days to furnish a copy of a police report to you, although we generally do so faster.
